Todd spent 30+ years in the non-profit sector, including 15 years as Vice President. Leading at

the highest levels of a multinational missions organization gave him numerous opportunities to

learn and grow as a leader. For the last six years he has honed his leadership skills through the

training of GiANT Worldwide. As a certified Guide with GiANT, Todd is using his extensive background and training to pass on knowledge and leadership skills to a new generation of leaders.
